More on tiger trade controversy

July 30th : Journalist Jonathan Adams writes upon tiger trade and the controversy provoked by the subject, in Newsweek. Would be legal tiger trade vicious or vertuous ?
The supporters of legalization explain that crocodile farms have saved wild crocodiles, which is rather true in some cases and not in others.
Ban supporters note that tiger farms are much more expensive than crocodile farms. Moreover, legalization could have the opposite effect to this discounted.
For them, the solution is in state policies.
Indeed, when a country had the political will to protect tigers (like USSR in fifties or India in seventies), results had been truly spectacular.
